Jerry Judge, Agency Principle
Jerry has been in the insurance business for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Salisbury University with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. Jerry emphasizes the importance of customer service and has worked hard to build a team of service oriented agents. He became an independent agent so that he could match his clients with the best insurance market for their individual needs. On the personal side, Jerry enjoys off-shore fishing, hunting, crabbing and skiing. Jerry is a husband and father of two girls. He and his family reside in Queenstown.

Pam Knopp, Office Manager
Pam, who is a life long resident of Talbot County, has been meeting the needs of clients since 1995. She is licensed in Maryland for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance. As Office Manager of the Easton location it is her goal to provide outstanding customer service, excellent coverage options and affordable pricing to existing policyholders and new business prospects alike. Pam's years of experience in the business allow her the flexibility to work with either personal or commercial lines of insurance. While not in the office Pam enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family.

Heather Murphy, Director of Agency Operations
Heather has been in the insurance industry for over 12 years, recently returning to Bayside Insurance Associates. Heather has her P&C and Life & health license and has earned her CISR designation; For the past 7 years Heather has specialized in Commercial insurance. In her time away from the office, Heather enjoys photography, knitting, reading and spending time poolside or at the beach.

Pamela Godsell, Office Manager
Pamela has over 28 years in the insurance business with experience from both the company and the agency side of the industry. She is CISR Certified and qualified to conduct staff trainings, but most importantly, she is committed to providing quality customer service to Bayside's clients. She is married and resides in Cordova, Maryland.

Stephani Rader, CSR/Producer
Stephani has been with Bayside Insurance since 2007. She has received training and education from Chesapeake College and has several years of experience in the service industry. Stephani currently holds a Maryland Property & Casualty license. She resides in Chester, MD with her husband and son.

Chris Schindler, Producer
Chris has been with Bayside Insurance for ten years. As a native of the Eastern Shore and a graduate of Queen Anne's County High School, Chris went on to Salisbury University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a double concentration in marketing and management. Chris resides in Easton, Maryland with his wife and daughter. During his time off, he enjoys golfing, fishing, boating and hunting.

Jenn Rausch, CSR
Jenn joined Bayside Insurance in 2004 as a part time receptionist, while attending Chesapeake College. She is licensed for Property and Casualty and Life & Health in Maryland, she has graduated from Chesapeake with an A.A. Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences. She is now working as a Customer Services Representative as well as a Life & Annuity Specialist for Bayside's Chester office.
